# Manage Customers

> Choose the right customer, purchase, or payment record before taking an action.

Start with what the customer purchased and the action you need to take. Subscriptions, one-off purchases, and instalment plans each have their own records and management actions.

If you know the customer but not the purchase record, start with **All Customers**.

## Choose What You Need to Manage
