# Newie Store

> Set up and share the Newie Store so customers can browse services and groups.

## Overview

Newie Store gives customers a small catalogue of visible services and groups to browse before they buy. It is useful when a direct checkout link is too narrow because the customer should choose from several options.

## Setting Up the Store

Open **Sell → Store**.

On iOS, tap **Edit**, then **Edit services**. On macOS, use the Store actions menu and choose **Add Services** or **Edit Services**.

Select the services and groups to show on the Store. **Reorder** changes the display order when Newie shows that action.

If there are no services yet, create a service from Sell → Services → New Service first.

Services and groups appear on the Store only when you add them there.

Anything you leave out will not appear on the Store, but customers can still use any direct links or QR codes you share.

## What Customers See

The Store presents your selected services and groups alongside your profile details.

Customers open the Store link, browse the available options, choose what they want to buy, and complete checkout through Newie.

Adding a service to the Store controls whether it appears there.

**Available for Sale** controls whether customers can actually buy it. Keep both turned on for any service you want to sell from the Store.

Payout setup must also be complete before customers can buy through Newie.

## Public or Private Store

The **Publish to Web** setting in your profile details controls whether the Store is public or direct-link only.

* **Publish to Web on:** The Store can be discoverable from internet search engines
* **Publish to Web off:** The Store can only be accessed by direct link or QR code

Private stores are for direct-link selling.

Public stores are for a simple online storefront you can share on social media, websites, profiles, and anywhere else you want customers to browse before buying.

## Sharing the Store

You can share the Store anywhere you would normally share a payment link, including Instagram, TikTok, Linktree, direct messages, email, websites, and email signatures.

From the Store screen, use **Share** for the Store link or **QR code** for the Store QR code.

The QR code works well for flyers, posters, business cards, reception desks, events, and in-person sales.

## Updating the Store

You can add services or groups to the Store, remove them from the Store, and reorder them at any time.

These changes affect what appears on the Store, but they do not change the underlying service price, billing setup, subscribers, reports, or direct service links.

To reorder services in the Store, open **Sell → Store**, then use **Reorder** where it appears. Services inside a group can be reordered from the group action sheet with **Order Services**.
