# Team Access

> Understand current team-login limits and how to organize team-style businesses with groups.

## Overview

Team Access is limited today: each Newie account has one provider login and no role-based permissions. Team-style businesses can still organize services and reporting with groups, but login access should stay controlled.

## Organize a Team-Style Business

Use [Service Groups](/guides/service-groups) to organize services by coach, practitioner, location, program, service line, or category.

Groups can help with:

* Store layout
* Group links and QR codes
* Service organization
* Reporting by coach, location, program, or service line

## When to Contact Support

Contact Newie support if your team setup is hard to model with groups, or if you need help choosing a structure before adding customers.
