You can change your email in the Newie app. If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to your current email address, contact Newie support.

Change your email in Newie

  1. Open Settings → Edit Profile. On Mac, Edit Profile is in the Account tab.
  2. Enter your new email address and save.
  3. Open the confirmation email sent to your current email address and follow its link to approve the change. Check spam or junk if it has not arrived.
The change applies to your Newie account, including its existing purchases.

Ask support to help change the address

Give support the business name, service name, email used for the purchase and the correct address. Explain if you cannot access the purchase so they can help with that too.

Confirm a direct address after Sign in with Apple

If you chose Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple, your direct email address is hidden from the business. It may send a Request email message through Newie asking for a direct address. Follow that message to confirm where the business should send service information. Last updated: 2026-09-10
