Email changes are easiest when you can still open the purchase. Start from the purchase when you can, and ask the business or Newie support for help when the email address is wrong, hidden, or no longer accessible.
If the email address has a typo, or you cannot access the account because the email is wrong, contact Newie support.Include the business name, service name, purchase email address, and the correct email address.
If you signed in with Apple and used Apple’s private relay hidden email address, the business may use Request email in Newie.Newie then emails you asking for an updated email address. Follow that email to confirm the address the business should use for service delivery.Last updated: 2026-06-26
