Before You Delete
You can delete a Newie account from the app or request deletion from the web. This page covers provider accounts, customer accounts, and guest purchases made through Newie checkout. Deleting the Newie app from a device does not delete your account.Delete Your Account from the App
If you can still sign in to Newie, use the in-app deletion option.iOS

Open Newie
Sign in with the account you want to delete.

Open Settings
Open Settings.

Choose Delete account
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and choose Delete account.

Follow the prompts
Newie will show any account-specific steps that must be completed before deletion can finish.

Confirm the deletion when Newie asks whether you are sure.
Request Deletion from the Web
If you cannot access the app, email support@newie.app and ask Newie to delete your account. Use a subject such as Delete my Newie account. Include:- the email address used for your Newie account or purchase
- your name
- whether you are a provider, customer, or both
- if you are a provider, the provider or business name shown in Newie
- if you are a customer, the business name and service name connected to the purchase, if known
- whether you used Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email sign-in
Providers
Before deleting a provider account, check whether the account has:- active subscriptions
- unpaid, overdue, disputed, refunded, or pending payments
- pending payouts
- reports, receipts, or accounting records you still need
- services, Store links, QR codes, or integrations that should no longer be used
Customers
If you bought from a business through Newie, deleting your Newie account does not replace contacting that business about service delivery, cancellation terms, refunds, bookings, or access to the service. Before requesting deletion, check whether you still need to:- cancel a subscription
- pay or resolve an overdue invoice
- update a payment method
- download a receipt or purchase record
- contact the business about the service you bought
