Your Newie account includes an optional shareable web store where customers can browse and buy the services you choose to display. It works well for self-serve selling because one store link can show multiple services and groups instead of sending customers one link at a time. The Store is different from a direct service link. A direct service link sends the customer straight to one service. The Store gives the customer a page where they can choose from the visible services and groups.

Setting Up the Store

1

Open Store

Open Newie → tap Sell → tap Store.
2

Set up the Store

Tap Set Up Store.
3

Select services and groups

Select the services and groups to show on the Store.
4

Set the order

Tap Set Order if you want to change the display order.
5

Save the order

Drag services or groups into the preferred order, then tap Save.
If there are no services yet, create a service from Sell → Services → New Service first. Only services and groups added to the Store are visible there. Anything not added stays private and can only be accessed through a direct link or QR code.

What Customers See

The Store can show your profile photo, bio, selected services, and selected groups. Customers open the Store link, browse the available options, choose what they want to buy, and complete checkout through Newie. A service still needs to be Available for Sale before customers can buy it. If a service is added to the Store but is not available for sale, customers cannot complete purchase for that service.

Public or Private Store

You control whether the Store is public or private with Publish to Web.
  • Publish to Web on: The Store is public where available and can be used as a public storefront. Search appearance depends on indexing and external discoverability
  • Publish to Web off: The Store can only be accessed by direct link or QR code
Private stores are useful when you only want specific customers to access the Store. Public stores are useful when you want a simple online storefront for social media, websites, or search discovery.

Sharing the Store

You can share the Store anywhere you would normally share a payment link, including Instagram, TikTok, Linktree, direct messages, email, websites, and email signatures. From the Store screen, you can share the Store link or use the Store QR code. The QR code works well for flyers, posters, business cards, reception desks, events, and in-person sales.

Updating the Store

You can add services or groups to the Store, remove them from the Store, and reorder them at any time. These changes affect what appears on the Store, but they do not change the underlying service price, billing setup, subscribers, reports, or direct service links. To reorder services in the Store, go to Sell → Services → Store, open the ... menu, then use the reorder option. Services inside a group can be reordered from within the group.
