Simple to set up and manage

Create a service and share its checkout link from your iPhone or Mac. Newie hosts the checkout, so you don’t need to build a website, and customers can buy in their browser without downloading an app. Your payment records, subscriptions and sales reporting stay together in Newie. See Getting Set Up.

Terms of Service at checkout

Set out your cancellation policy, minimum commitment, waivers or other conditions before a customer buys. With Terms of Service, customers must accept your terms before completing checkout. Write terms that fit your business and reuse them across your services. Newie saves a downloadable record of the terms accepted for each purchase and includes it in the customer’s New Purchase email. If you later update a service’s terms, existing customers keep the terms they originally accepted. See how to set up Terms of Service. This feature adds a 0.4% transaction fee when enabled.

Recover overdue payments

Overdue Assistant uses AI to follow up with customers about overdue subscription and instalment invoices. When enabled, it emails customers on your behalf, responds to their replies and can ask when they expect to pay. It follows up around that date and brings you in when it needs your decision. Customers receive their own link to update payment details or pay overdue invoices. Auto-Retry can work alongside the assistant, retrying eligible payments up to three times after the first failure. See Overdue Assistant and Auto-Retry.

Include transaction fees in your price

With Add Fee to Price, enter the amount you want to receive and Newie includes the transaction fee in the price shown to customers. They see the full amount before they pay. The setting applies to new purchases. See how to include fees in your price.

Tailor payments to a client

Use a Custom Pricing Link to share a different price or billing arrangement for a new purchase, while keeping your regular service price unchanged. Depending on the service type, you can adjust the amount, payment schedule or billing start date. For existing subscribers, you can change their price, pause billing or switch their service.

Create a service with AI

Describe what you sell, what it costs and how customers will pay. Newie uses that description to choose a service type and fill in an editable draft. You can ask for changes and review the details before saving. See Create with AI.

Take payments in person

Show a service’s QR code for customers to scan, or take a contactless card or wallet payment with Tap to Pay on a supported iPhone. You don’t need a separate card reader. See Service Links & QR Codes and Tap to Pay.

Keep using your training software

Use Newie for payments and deliver training, coaching and check-ins in your usual software. You can manage client setup separately or connect through Zapier to automate supported actions, such as creating a client or assigning a program in your coaching app. See Connect Newie to Your Coaching App for the available triggers and how to check what your app supports.

Help from the Newie team

You can contact the Newie team in the app for help with setup, billing or a customer payment. See how to contact Newie support. Last updated: 2026-09-11
