When to Use Reports
Reports give account-level exports for payments, payouts, sales activity, customers, and reconciliation. Use them when a screen or individual record is not enough and you need a downloadable account record.Reports in Settings
Open the report, choose the date range, filters, report type, and export format Newie shows for that report.
Choose CSV when you want to work with the data in a spreadsheet or accounting tool. Choose PDF when you want a readable copy to share or keep on file.
Reports From Other App Areas
Some exports are also available from the part of the app they relate to.Which Report to Use
Sales shows activity before Newie fees. Payouts matches money paid out to your bank account and is usually the better starting point for accounting.
Groups can appear in reports when the exported rows include grouped services or transactions. Use Groups for team members, locations, or service lines.
Newie does not calculate, collect, or remit GST, VAT, sales tax, income tax, or other taxes for you. Use Newie reports as source records for your own accounting process.
Newie does not send payout reports through Zapier, Xero, or QuickBooks. Export payout reports directly from Newie.
