Account Review & Selling Access - Newie

Before customers can buy, Newie must approve your account and you must complete payout setup and any required verification. If selling is not ready, use the checks below to find the unfinished step. For a new account, Getting Set Up takes you through the full process.

What affects selling access

Check	What to do
Profile	Complete the requested name, profession, biography and profile image. Verify your email when prompted.
Service	Save at least one service and turn on Available for Sale.
Newie review	Complete any account-review or verification requests. Contact support if the account is restricted or rejected.
Stripe verification	Provide the personal or business details Stripe requests for payments and payouts.
Payout setup	Connect a supported bank account and finish Stripe onboarding.
Payment methods	Finish any additional setup for the methods you want to offer.

Newie account review

Newie must approve your account before you can start selling. Approval usually takes a few hours. Missing profile or verification details, or additional review, can delay approval. If your account is restricted or rejected, contact Newie support to find out why and what you need to provide.

Stripe verification and payout status

Stripe processes payments and sends payouts to your connected bank account. During payout setup in Newie, choose the country where your payout bank account is based, then provide the details Stripe requests. The bank account and payout currency must be supported for that connected account.
