Overview
After a service exists, management is mostly about keeping the offer organized: pinning, editing, duplicating, archiving, Store placement, and groups. Customer-impacting subscription changes are covered in Subscribers & Customers, even when the action starts from a service menu.Pinning Services
Pin important services to the top of the Services screen so common links, popular services, and frequent actions stay easy to find. Pinning only changes your Services screen order. It does not change checkout, service links, pricing, reporting, groups, or whether a service is available for sale. To pin or unpin a service, open Sell -> Services, open the service... menu, then choose Pin or Unpin where Newie shows that action.
Editing Services
To edit an existing service, open Sell → Services, tap the... menu next to the service, then tap Edit.
You can edit a service at any time. Some changes only apply to new customers and do not affect existing subscribers or plans.
- Price Changes: Changing a service’s base price only applies to new customers. Existing subscriber prices are changed from Manage Subscriptions.
- Billing Start Date Changes: Updating the billing start date only applies to new customers - existing customers’ billing schedules are not altered.
- Archiving: From the service’s
...menu, archiving a service does not cancel active subscriptions. Archived services can be restored at any time. - Duplicating: From the service’s
...menu, duplicate a service to quickly create a new one based on an existing setup. - Store placement: Use Add to Store or Remove from Store from the service menu.
- Group placement: Use the group action Newie shows, such as Add to Group, Change Group, or Edit Group.
Customer Changes Started from a Service
Some customer changes start from Sell → Services because the action applies to customers who are already on the same service.- Use Manage Customer Pricing when you need to change prices for multiple existing subscribers on an eligible ongoing subscription service. See Change Prices for Multiple Subscribers.
- Use Move Subscribers when you need to move multiple subscribers from the current service to another eligible service. The move can happen now or be scheduled for a future date where supported. See Move Multiple Subscribers to Another Service.
