Supported Regions and Countries

Providers can sign up in the enabled countries below. Settlement/account currency is tied to the provider’s Stripe account and payouts. Services can currently sell in AUD, NZD, USD, EUR, GBP, or CAD. After the default selling currency is set, all services created use this currency. Providers cannot yet change service currency themselves; contact support if you need a support-assisted currency template. Some provider accounts settle in a currency that is not currently available as a service-selling currency. In that case, services must be created in one of the supported selling currencies, and Stripe handles any currency conversion into the provider’s settlement currency. Newie uses Stripe for payment processing. Providers must be in an enabled country with Stripe support. Customers can generally pay from anywhere by card if their payment method is accepted. For BNPL, use the eligibility, provider status, fee, and price-limit details shown in Newie where BNPL is available. For the current Newie fee table, see the Fees & Limits Reference.

Privacy Policy

Newie’s full privacy policy is available within the app and at newie.app.

Terms of Use

Newie’s platform terms of use govern the provider-Newie relationship. Providers can also attach their own Terms of Service to individual services.
