Choose the service type
An instalment plan pays you as each payment is collected. If you want upfront funding while the customer pays a finance provider over time, consider BNPL on an eligible One-Off Purchase. Fees apply and the money still reaches your bank through your payout schedule.
Create the service

Start a new service
Open Sell → Services → New Service. Choose Subscription, One-Off Purchase or Instalment Plan, or use Create with AI.

Set the price and payment schedule
Give the service a name customers will recognise. For a One-Off Purchase, enter its price. For a Subscription, enter the price per payment and choose the billing period. For an Instalment Plan, enter the total, number of payments and billing period.Monthly is the default billing period for US providers. Choose a different period before saving if that is what you agreed with the customer. For a subscription with a fixed end, set Number of Payments; use Unlimited for ongoing billing.If you started with AI, check these fields and any notes before continuing.

Explain the service and next steps
Use the description to explain what is included. Add Terms of Service if the customer needs to accept conditions, a Welcome Email for their next steps, or Digital Downloads for files they receive after buying.Service Settings & Features explains these options, along with setup fees, intro pricing and customer pause or cancellation controls. Choose only the options your arrangement needs.

Preview the service
Open the full service preview. Check the customer-facing price, payment schedule, terms and checkout details together.

Save when ready
Turn on Available for Sale when customers should be able to buy, then save. Use Selling Overview to choose how to share it.
Create with AI
Describe what you sell, the price and how customers should pay. You can type or use the microphone. Newie selects a service type and fills the supported fields in the editable form. Use Describe a change… to refine the draft without starting again. Newie keeps the earlier request in context and may explain anything it adjusted, capped or could not apply. Review the result yourself, especially pricing, dates, terms and customer permissions.Compare the main fields
For a fixed-term subscription, Number of Payments counts the main-price payments. If you add Intro Pricing, that period runs first and adds to the schedule. Service Settings & Features shows how to calculate and preview the full term.
For a different arrangement on a new purchase, use a custom pricing link. It can change the billing period and, for fixed-term subscriptions or instalment plans, the payment count without editing the original service.
