New features
- Scheduled service switches: Schedule eligible service switches for a future date instead of moving customers immediately. For bulk migrations, use the existing Move Subscribers workflow from Sell → Services.
- Scheduled price changes: Change an existing subscriber’s price from the next payment date, or schedule the change for a later date.
- Reports in Settings: Sales, All Customers, Subscribers, Instalment Plans, One-Off Purchases, and Payouts now sit together in one reports area when your account has matching data.
- All Customers: Open a broader customer record with subscriptions, one-off purchases, instalment plans, and invoice history in one place.
- Tap to Pay customer matching: Use an existing customer match during Tap to Pay so subscriptions, purchases, instalment plans, and receipts stay attached to the right customer record.
Bug fixes
- Service switch guardrails: Newie checks fixed-term end dates, unsupported destination services, and existing scheduled changes before a service switch is confirmed.
- Fixed-term price checks: Scheduled price changes are blocked when the selected date would fall after the fixed-term subscription ends.
- Tap to Pay completion: Subscription and future-start Tap to Pay flows make it clearer that the setup step must finish after the contactless payment succeeds.
- Checkout readiness checks: Newie shows clearer setup and Available for Sale warnings before providers send customers to a checkout path that cannot complete.
