Schedule service and price changes

Choose a future date for a subscriber’s price change or move to another subscription service. Newie checks the selected service, any changes already scheduled and the subscription’s end date before you confirm. For a fixed-term subscription, the price change must take effect on or before the term ends. For several subscribers, start Move Subscribers from Sell → Services. Manage Subscriptions explains individual and bulk changes, including prices that take effect on the next payment date.

Find customer and sales records more easily

  • Reports in Settings: Find Sales, All Customers, Subscribers, Instalment Plans, One-Off Purchases and Payouts together when your account has matching data.
  • All Customers: Open a person’s subscriptions, purchases, instalment plans and invoice history from one customer record.

Keep Tap to Pay purchases with the right customer

Use an existing customer match during Tap to Pay to keep purchases, plans and receipts together. For subscriptions, including future starts, finish the setup steps after the contactless payment succeeds. Tap to Pay explains the complete flow.
