Managing Subscribers

The Subscribers screen shows customers with subscriptions and groups them by current state: Upcoming, Active, Paused, Overdue, Expiring, and Expired. Use Search to find subscribers by name or email.
  • Recently Subscribed: Shows customers who subscribed in the last 7 days. You can use Share recents to share recent subscribers to social media as social proof that can encourage other customers to buy.
  • Upcoming: Subscriptions that are scheduled or starting soon, but are not active yet. This is about the subscription start date, not the customer’s broader payment status. For payment-status questions, use Payments & Billing.
  • Active: Subscriptions currently running as normal.
  • Paused: Subscriptions where billing is temporarily paused.
  • Overdue: Subscriptions with overdue invoices.
  • Expiring: Subscriptions that are ending but have not fully ended yet. If a subscription is Expiring, it can be reverted back to Active before it ends.
  • Expired: Subscriptions that have ended and cannot be undone. Use Show expired to include them in the list.
The sections below follow the main subscription ... menu order, split into lifecycle actions, pricing and service changes, and record/support actions.

Edit pricing, edit payment date, or switch one subscriber to a different service.

Share Customer Manage Links, export statements, view agreed terms, and ask Newie support a question.
