Custom Pricing Links let you tailor an existing service for one customer without changing the base service everyone else sees. Use them when the offer is mostly the same, but this customer needs a different price or start date. The override applies only to the custom link you generate. The original service stays unchanged. Use a custom link when:
  • A customer gets a tailored price after a sales call
  • A service package starts on a specific customer date
  • A customer is moving from another platform and needs a customer-specific transition date
  • You want to sell from a reusable service without creating a new public service for every variation
  • The offer is bespoke for one customer, but still based on an existing Newie service
If the offer itself is repeatable and meaningfully different, create a new service instead. If only the customer-specific price or start date is different, use a custom link.

How to Create One

1

Open Services

Open Newie → Sell → Services.
2

Open the service menu

Tap the ... menu next to the service you want to customise.
3

Choose Customise price or start date

Tap Customise price or start date.
4

Set the customer-specific details

Enter the custom price or start date for that customer.
5

Share the custom checkout

Share the custom link or QR code with the customer, or use it during an assisted checkout where available.

What Stays the Same

The base service stays unchanged. Other customers still see the original service price, settings, terms, checkout, Store listing, and standard links. The custom link is only for the customer or sale you created it for. Use the original service when you want the standard offer, and use a custom link when one customer needs a tailored version.
