Overview
Custom pricing links create customer-specific checkout options without changing the base service. They are useful for negotiated prices, different start dates, setup-fee changes, intro offers, or BNPL settings.Customer-Specific Service Links
Custom pricing links let you tailor an existing service for one customer without changing the base service everyone else sees. The override applies only to the custom link you generate. The original service stays unchanged. The custom pricing screen shows the fields supported by that service type, such as price, start date, setup fee, intro pricing, or Buy Now Pay Later settings.Best Uses
Create a custom pricing link for:- Tailored pricing after a sales call
- A package that starts on a customer-specific date
- A transition from another platform with a customer-specific start date
- A subscription customer who needs a different setup fee or intro pricing arrangement before they buy
- A reusable service you do not want to duplicate for every variation
- A bespoke offer that is still based on an existing Newie service

What Stays the Same

The custom link is only for the customer or sale you created it for. Share the original service for the standard offer, and create a custom link for a tailored version.Related Guides
