Overview
Payment issues usually start from the failed invoice or Customer Manage Link tied to that payment. Use the link Newie or the business sent for the overdue payment instead of buying the service again.Common Reasons Payments Fail
- Expired card
- Insufficient funds
- Bank or card issuer block
- Incorrect card details
- A payment method that is no longer supported
- A bank debit payment that failed after submission
What to Do

Open the Newie link
Open the Newie email about the failed payment or overdue invoice, or use the Customer Manage Link the business sent you.

Choose the payment action
Choose the action Newie shows for that payment issue, such as updating your payment method, paying the overdue invoice, or retrying the payment.

Enter updated payment details
Enter a new card or payment method if needed.

Retry or wait
Retry the payment if Newie shows that option, or wait for the next automatic retry if one is scheduled.
