Newie includes the Customer Manage Link in New Purchase emails when the purchase supports it. Failed-payment emails, overdue emails, and payment-issue messages may include the same link. If you cannot find the link, ask the business to resend it from Newie.Payment and Billing Actions
The Customer Manage Link may let you:- Update your payment method
- Retry a failed payment
- View payment history and upcoming billing
- Update the email address connected to the purchase
Subscription Actions
For subscriptions, Newie can also show actions such as:- Chat with [business name]
- Report a Problem
- View Agreed Terms, when terms were attached to the purchase
- Pause, Edit Pause, Remove Pause, or Resume Subscription, when pause actions are available
- Schedule Cancel, Edit Cancel Date, Cancel Subscription, Don’t Cancel, or remove a scheduled cancellation when cancellation actions are available
