Overview

Most purchase changes start from the Customer Manage Link. It brings the customer back to the purchase so payment, overdue invoice, subscription, and support actions stay tied to the right record. Newie includes the Customer Manage Link in New Purchase emails when the purchase supports it. Failed-payment emails, overdue emails, and payment-issue messages may include the same link. If you cannot find the link, ask the business to resend it from Newie.

Payment and Billing Actions

The Customer Manage Link may let you:
  • Update your payment method
  • Retry a failed payment
  • View payment history and upcoming billing
  • Update the email address connected to the purchase

Subscription Actions

For subscriptions, Newie can also show actions such as:
  • Chat with [business name]
  • Report a Problem
  • View Agreed Terms, when terms were attached to the purchase
  • Pause, Edit Pause, Remove Pause, or Resume Subscription, when pause actions are available
  • Schedule Cancel, Edit Cancel Date, Cancel Subscription, Don’t Cancel, or remove a scheduled cancellation when cancellation actions are available
If Newie tells you to contact the business to pause or cancel, that action is not available for the subscription. The business you bought from manages the service relationship, cancellation settings, and service terms.

When to Contact Newie Support

Contact Newie support if a payment looks wrong, the Customer Manage Link does not work, or the business cannot help with a Newie payment issue. Include the business name, service name, purchase email address, and payment details. Last updated: 2026-06-26
