Contact the business first for:
  • Service delivery questions
  • Booking, scheduling, or attendance questions
  • Access to a program, community, file, portal, class, or appointment
  • Cancellation terms
  • Refund requests
  • Service-quality concerns
  • Questions about whether billing should continue

Contact Newie Support

Contact Newie support for Newie payment issues, such as:
  • A payment link does not work
  • A payment looks wrong
  • Your email address is wrong and you cannot access the purchase
  • The business cannot resolve a Newie payment issue
