- Paid-upfront package or block: use a One-Off Service when the customer pays once for a defined package, block, appointment, or program.
- Ongoing package or membership: use a Subscription when the customer pays on a recurring schedule until cancelled.
- Fixed-length program paid over time: use a Subscription with Number of Payments set to the number of billing periods.
- Large fixed-total package paid in scheduled parts: use an Installment Plan when you want Newie to collect scheduled payments over time.
- Customer financing with funding upfront for you: use BNPL on an eligible One-Off Service where available.
- Immediate onboarding, joining, or deposit amount on a subscription: use a Setup Fee on the subscription.
