Use one Newie service for the package a customer buys, whether it contains appointments, coaching sessions, lessons or a program. Newie collects the price; you keep track of delivery and any remaining sessions in your booking or customer records.

Set up the package price

Open Sell → Services → New Service and choose the payment arrangement:
  • Paid upfront: choose One-Off Purchase and enter the full package price.
  • Fixed total paid over time: choose Instalment Plan, enter the total, then select the number of payments and billing period.
  • A price per period for a fixed program: choose Subscription, enter the recurring price and billing period, then set Number of Payments to the number of main-price payments.
For ongoing access that continues until cancelled, use a Subscription with Unlimited instead. Choose the Right Service Type explains the distinction between a fixed total and a recurring price. Name the package and describe what it includes. If customers need to accept rules about session use, expiry or cancellation, add them in Terms of Service. The written conditions do not count visits or update a remaining-session balance.

Collect a deposit with later instalments

An Instalment Plan can include a Setup Fee collected at purchase. If you use this as a deposit towards the package, enter the remaining balance as the instalment-plan total and the deposit as the Setup Fee. Newie adds the fee to the plan total; it does not subtract a deposit for you. Use Billing Starts to choose when instalments begin. If billing starts on the purchase date, the deposit and first instalment are both due then. A future start date moves the instalments; the Setup Fee is still charged at purchase. For a deposit followed by a balance you request when work is ready, use separate One-Off Purchases. You decide when to request the balance and record how the payments relate to the same package. Give customers a payment choice

Create separate services if you want to offer both a paid-upfront price and an instalment option. A group link can let customers choose between them. For a different price or schedule on a new purchase of the same package, use a Custom Pricing Link. Buy Now, Pay Later is another option for eligible One-Off Purchases. The finance provider collects the customer’s repayments; a Newie Instalment Plan collects each payment for you as it falls due. Choose How Customers Pay compares these arrangements.

Connect payment to using the package

Add a Welcome Email with the booking link, program access instructions or first action that applies to this package. Add a Digital Download if a file is part of the purchase. Turn on Available for Sale, save, then share the service or group link. Record each session or visit where you manage delivery. Instalments follow their billing dates, so rescheduling a session does not move a payment automatically. For booking setup, use Newie with Bookings. If the package changes after purchase, manage the existing subscription or plan.
