What the Photographer Needs
You usually need to secure the date, confirm what is included, collect a deposit, and make sure the final balance is paid before the shoot, event, or file delivery. Use Newie for the deposit, payment plan, terms, receipt, and customer record. Keep shoot planning, gallery delivery, editing, and client communication in the normal photography workflow.What Protects the Photographer
- A booked date is inventory that cannot easily be resold if the customer cancels late
- The client needs to know what is included before the shoot, not after seeing the gallery
